Okay…so, if you’re struggling with some dry, color-treated or just crispy (as my hairdresser likes to call it) hair, you’re going to love this month’s Beauty Heroes Box. I’m always apprehensive about using a hair oil because I can’t stand that greasy hair look or feel, but Uma left zero trace of oil in my hair and left it baby smooth. So smooth that I actually wrote to Jeannie from Beauty Heroes the next day to let her know how much I loved it. It’s like the hair I had before I ever had to start coloring it…shiny, shiny, shiny and soft! How do I use it? You can use it on dry or we hair, but I’ve been applying it to damp hair and sleeping with it on. When I wake up I wash it with a not-too-hydrating shampoo (twice if I need it) and dry it. I’m recommending this for everyone for hair health, but especially for dry hair, lackluster or color-treated hair.
