“What am I going to bring?”

That’s the question that goes through my head for about 5 looong days before I have to start packing for a trip.  I’m serious.  Although the clothes are always an issue, what skincare products I’m taking with me is always more important.  It usually ends up being about 10 mixed-matched bottles covered in tape, rubberbands and a prayer that they don’t open up mid-flight.   So, this is exactly why the  Kahina Giving Beauty Travel Basics kit is a brilliant idea. Kahina Facial Cleanser  (I just used this today post-yoga!)  This creamy lotion-cleanser is gentle, hydrating and smells fresh and clean.  With organic Kahina argan oil and papaya extracts, it cleans and gently exfoliates without stripping the skin.  There will be no tightness here, I say!  It’ll give you a great, gentle cleanse after at day in the sun.  And the scent?   A mix of  neroli essential oils extracted from orange flower blossoms and Moroccan Blue Tansy…I love the smell!

Kahina Argan Oil  What is left to say about thee best argan oil on the market?  Whether it’s a cold-weather vacation or warm, Kahina’s argan oil will be on-spot for moisturizing, calm, soothing and protecting skin.  I recommend wearing this year-round and especially for bringing on trips, warm or cold.  After watching me apply it every morning before we set out for the beach at my friend’s beach house, he finally asked to try it.  He’s been a fan ever since.  It’s great before your SPF and it’s also nourishing post-sun.

Kahina Facial Lotion  I have to admit, I just had the opportunity to test this out now…how have I never tried this before?  Oh, gosh…how to explain…light, moisturizing…the perfect refreshing, moisturizing cream?  Made with organic argan oil, shea butter and organic beeswax, this cream is going to be a new favorite to recommend for people who prefer a cream over a serum or for those you like to layer.  I also love this for warmer weather as it’s light and fresh-feeling.
