SANRE ORGANIC SKINFOOD: One Of My First Green Beauty Brands! Ingredient Snobs Will Be In Heaven.

When I initially became obsessed with green beauty, there weren’t many online shops, so I would go to Whole Foods to get my green on. One of the first lines I tried was handcrafted Sanre Organic Skinfood. The reason I was drawn to them? They were organic, the products were lush, the ingredients were so pure and they were very affordable considering their high-quality ingredients.

A CLASSIC EYE CREAM I get emails all the time from readers who are looking for a classic eye cream that’s not too thick, but super smooth, moisturizing and that won’t mess with eye makeup. I recommend you try organic Eye of Youth. The first thing you’ll notice is the delicious scent of subtle warm coffee/vanilla. I have it on my desk while I’m typing and I keep sniffing it. This cream is excellent for making concealer glide on and for keeping eyes looking hydrated and feeling soft. Key ingredients? Vegan hyaluronic acid, coffee and prickly pear oil. A CREAM FOR EVERYONE I’m a cream fanatic. I’ve been into serums and face oils for such a long time that I

started to miss using a classic, pure face cream. Right now I’m wearing organic C-Love Acerola Cherry Vitamin C Cream and I will say that if you love a velvety texture and a cream that sinks right into the skin, you will love this. It’s beautiful as a base for makeup, gluten-free and non-GMO. C-Love contains Acerola Cherry (one of the best sources of Vitamin C) making it excellent for firming and tightening the skin. The vitamin A and B in Acerola is helpful in producing collagen and healing damaged skin. So, with all this, I’d say it’s the perfect skin cream for dry, mature, aging skin or for people who want to prevent premature aging of the skin. Plus, the scent is a yummy, subtle citrus…so good!

CREAMY CLEANSER/MAKEUP REMOVER Rose fans pay attention! I adore a creamy cleanser, but I find that most of them don’t truly remove makeup. New Rose Cleanse does! If you’re a fan of rose, you’ll love this. Light and really effective, this handcrafted cleanser is gentle enough for all skin types. To use, you massage it into your face (I like to do it in the shower) and then you can take a damp cloth and gently wipe it all off. I’m not a fan of washing my face in the morning, but if you are, this is the kind of gentle cleanser that would be ideal because it won’t strip the skin, but rather leave it feeling very soft and hydrated.

HAVE DRY/MATURE SKIN OR WANT A GREAT NIGHT CREAM? Siesta Sunset with avocado and Sea Buckthorn is a thicker cream and I think it’s going to be wonderful going into the cooler months. Gluten-free and USDA organic, if you have dry or mature skin, your skin is going to be drinking this up. I also think this would make for a wonderful night cream if you have normal skin. Offering lots of deep hydration and nourishment, this cream will provide everything that dry skin needs without causing congestion. You need very little to get a hydrated face and the spicy scent of this cream is addictive.

PURE SPF 30 SUNBLOCK This SPF comes in a cream form, but don’t let that fool you. This is a very light sunblock with zero white cast. Made with gluten-free ingredients, this mineral sunblock smells delicious (a rosemary and lavender mix). In addition to protecting you from the sun (and pollution), Supple Sunshine delivers moisture without clogging pores (you know how that can happen with some sunblocks?) Use this sunblock as your daily moisturizer and never feel like you’re wearing a sunblock again. The ingredients also help with inflammation, skin irritation and free radical damage, so it’s doing much more for your skin than just protecting from the sun’s rays. I love the fresh scent of this, too. Highly recommend this if you’re not a fan of wearing sunblock daily.
