LENGTHENING + SEPARATING

New on the scene, I’ve been hearing a TON about new Limitless Lash Mascara from Ilia.  The thing that really rushed me out to buy it was that even makeup artists were raving about it…and that’s quite the endorsement.  The wand is really cool and unconventional.  It’s wonderful for building whatever look you want as it easily separates and allows you to put your mascara wherever you need more of it.  After curling, I find that it really lengthens and with a few coats (or not) you can go from a pretty, natural look to a bolder, bigger look.  No smudging or flaking and it kept its curl, too!  Get a deal on your first purchase, too!  Shop here.

WATERPROOF + THICKENING

Ere Perez Avocado Waterproof Mascara  I just love Ere Perez.  This mascara is my everyday mascara because it doesn’t flake, smudge and it really thickens my lashes.  I also love that it is waterproof, although I haven’t used it for swimming or haven’t been crying my eyes out.  This volumizing mascara has avocado and mamey oils to promote lash growth and to keep them strong and conditioned (smart idea, right?)  It’s also good for sensitive eyes, has great ingredients and (this is going to sound nuts), but it SMELLS wonderful.  For some reason, Ere is able to make everything have a wonderful scent!  Get it here. 

BIG, FULL LASHES

A new mascara on the scene is W3ll People’s new Expressionist Volumizing Mascara that is getting a lot of attention these days.  Why?  Because it works…well.  For me, I’ve found that it doesn’t flake or smudge and it delivers a really gorgeous, thick lash.  I only use it on my top lashes because it’s substantial enough on the top.  W3ll People uses natural and organic ingredients and makes this mascara  safe for sensitive eyes.  I especially love the big hourglass wand!  Get it here.

LENGTHENING + VEGAN

Inika Vegan Long Lash Mascara  I have to tell you that I absolutely LOVE this Australian-made mascara. It truly, truly lengthens, does not smudge and doesn’t flake, either.  If you’re looking for long, long lashes, give this a try.  It comes in both black and brown and has conditioning ingredients (Vitamin E, Magnolia Bark Extract and Sunflower Oil).  If I were you, I would give everything in this line a try because their CC Cream and Foundation were so great, I switched over to them after having used another brand for years!  DEAL:  Take 10% off with code: GPJ.   Shop here.

SUPER NATURAL

Kjaer Weis   First off, this baby is REFILLABLE!  You can tell this was created by a makeup artist as it gives you a ton of control in terms of how you want your lashes to look.  This will separate and darken your lashes. I’ve never had one bit of smudging from this mascara.  The wand is super tiny, so the idea is that you’ll be able to really work how you want your lashes to look when dry.  The packaging is beautiful and eco.  Ah, very little waste AND it’s stunning.  Shop here. 

NATURAL PLUS 

ZuZu Luxe by Gabriel Cosmetics   This mascara can give you a really natural look, but if applied with a few coats when wet, will definitely build.  It will not smudge or flake on you…at all, trust me on this one.  I use this on my lower lashes everyday and if I’m going for a all around natural look, on my top as well.  If you a more dramatic look,  just add another layer. This mascara is one that I will never stop using, plus the ingredients are great. This also comes in Espresso and Navy as well as the Onyx.  For the brows, I use their clear mascara…I think it’s the best for keeping them in place all day.  DEAL:  there’s always a discount here.  Shop here.
